The President and founder of CB JENI Homes, Bruno Pasquinelli grew up in a family home building business in Chicago– working his way up from laborer to land developer, superintendent, director of land acquisition development and eventually becoming the president of the Dallas/Fort Worth division when the company expanded to Texas in l999. Since then, he has been a part of the building and development of over 20,000 homes nationwide introducing exceptional single family home designs in various new home communities in DFW.

In 2009, Mr. Pasquinelli decided to branch out and start his own homebuilding company. It is important to him to continue his family’s 50+ year legacy of home building success. He takes great pride in the design and construction quality of each and every CB JENI home.

The company name- created by combining the first initials of the names of his wife and five children– Is a way of showing his family’s commitment to the company and to each and every home buyer.
