- Your home exterior is professionally maintained by the HOA. You’ll never need to paint the exterior, mow a lawn, or trim the bushes in front of your home.
- Insurance is less than a single-family home. You’ll have exterior insurance provided by the HOA, and will only need to provide an “inside the walls” insurance protection, saving you on your homeowner’s insurance policy.

Yes, all CB JENI communities have homeowner association (HOA) fees, which help maintain the quality and appeal of the community. These fees typically cover the upkeep of common areas, landscaping, community amenities (such as pools, parks, and walking trails), and other shared services that enhance the neighborhood’s overall experience.
More importantly, HOA fees also cover the exterior maintenance of your townhome. This means items like your roof, brick or siding and exterior trim all are maintained by the HOA. In turn, this reduces the amount of coverage you are required to carry which lowers your homeowner’s insurance premiums.

The timeline from purchase to move-in for a CB JENI home varies depending on the specific home and community. It can take 6-8 months for a newly constructed home to be completed. However, we also offer quick move-in options for buyers who are ready to move sooner.
