    The HOA at Midtown GP is Paragon Property Management Group, which oversees the community’s operations and homeowner services. They can be reached by email at hoasupport@paragonpmg.com for any questions or assistance related to HOA matters.

    Monthly dues for the townhome association are approximately $300.00 per month. The HOA at Midtown GP is responsible for a variety of management and maintenance tasks that support the community’s shared spaces and building structures. This includes professional community management, annual preparation of federal and state taxes, and filing corporate registrations.

    The HOA covers insurance, electricity, water, sewer services, and property taxes for the common areas. It also manages irrigation and landscape upkeep, including mulch applications and seasonal flowers twice per year. Additional responsibilities include maintaining perimeter and builder-installed fencing, the detention pond, irrigation system repairs, community signage, and dog stations when applicable.

    The HOA also oversees long-term savings for common area needs, maintains the master insurance policy on the buildings, and provides exterior building maintenance as outlined in the CC&Rs.

    The nearest shopping destinations are the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets and Traders Village Grand Prairie, both located just 2.5 miles from Midtown GP. Residents also have access to several nearby entertainment options, including Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, Bolder Adventure Park, Epic Central, Andretti, Main Event, Top Golf, and more. In addition, the community is surrounded by a variety of dining choices, such as Chicken N Pickle, First Watch, Vidorra, Gaucho Express, and more.

    The utility providers for Midtown GP include several service companies that support residents’ needs. Electricity can be selected through Power to Choose, which allows customers to compare and choose from available electric providers.

    Gas services are provided by Atmos Energy, while water and sewer services are managed by the City of Grand Prairie. For cable, internet, and TV, residents may choose between Spectrum and AT&T. This is the current information available and may be subject to change.

    Trash and recycling services at Midtown GP follow a set weekly schedule to help residents plan for waste disposal. Trash is collected twice a week on Monday and Thursday, while recycling is collected once a week on Wednesday. Brush pickup is on the 3rd Monday of each month.

    The tax rate at Midtown GP is approximately 2.252%, which is composed of several individual taxing entities. These include the City of Grand Prairie (0.660%), Dallas County (0.216%), Grand Prairie ISD (1.058%), and Parkland Hospital (0.212%). All rates are approximate and may be subject to change.
