    Monthly dues for the townhome association are approximately $550 paid quarterly. The HOA at City Point provides comprehensive maintenance and management services for the community. This includes professional community management, annual taxes and corporate filings, and coverage of common area insurance, electricity, water, and sewer.

    The HOA maintains all common area landscaping, irrigation systems, mulch application twice a year, and seasonal flowers, as well as individual landscaping and mulch services for townhomes. Additional‑ responsibilities include maintaining perimeter and builder-installed fencing, the detention pond, community signage, and dog stations where applicable.

    The HOA also manages irrigation repairs, funds long-term savings for common areas, and provides a master insurance policy along with exterior building maintenance as outlined in the CC&Rs.

    The nearest shopping destination is North East Mall, located just 1.5 miles from City Point. Residents also have access to several nearby entertainment options, including Malibu Jack’s, Alley Cats, iFly, and more.

    In addition, the community is surrounded by various dining choices, such as Italianni’s, Patriotic Pig Smokehouse, BJ’s Brewhouse, Carrabba’s, Sweetie Pie’s Ribeyes, and more

    The utility providers for City Point include several service companies that support residents’ needs. Electricity can be selected through Power to Choose, which allows customers to compare and choose from available electric providers.

    Gas services are provided by Atmos Energy, while water and sewer services are managed by the City of North Richland Hills Water Department. For cable, internet, and TV, residents may choose between Spectrum and AT&T. This is the current information available and may be subject to change.

    Trash and recycling services at City Point follow a set weekly schedule to help residents plan for waste disposal. Trash is collected twice a week on Monday and Thursday, while recycling is collected once a week on Thursday.

    The tax rate at City Point is approximately 2.548%, which is composed of several individual taxing entities. These include the City of North Richland Hills (0.498%), Tarrant County (0.186%), Birdville ISD (1.187%), Tarrant County Hospital District (0.165%), and Tarrant County College (0.112%), along with a Public Improvement District (PID) assessment of 0.4%. All rates are approximate and may be subject to change.
