The HOA at Hazelwood covers a wide range of maintenance and management responsibilities, including professional community management and annual preparation of federal and state taxes, along with corporate registration filings. The HOA also manages irrigation and landscaping for both common areas and townhomes, which includes mulch applications twice a year and seasonal flowers for common spaces. Additional responsibilities include perimeter fencing, builder-installed fencing, detention ponds, irrigation system repairs, community signage, and dog stations when applicable.
