    The Hazelwood HOA dues are $376/monthly ($295 TH + $81 master). The HOA at Hazelwood covers a wide range of maintenance and management responsibilities, including professional community management and annual preparation of federal and state taxes, along with corporate registration filings. It provides insurance, electricity, water, sewer, and property tax payments for common areas.

    The HOA also manages irrigation and landscaping for both common areas and townhomes, which includes mulch applications twice a year and seasonal flowers for common spaces. Additional responsibilities include perimeter fencing, builder-installed fencing, detention ponds, irrigation system repairs, community signage, and dog stations when applicable.

    The HOA also oversees long-term savings‑ for common areas, maintains the master insurance policy on the building or structure, and handles exterior building maintenance as outlined in the CC&Rs.

    Hazelwood is conveniently located near a wide variety of shopping and dining options in Frisco. Popular retail destinations, such as the Shops at Legacy East, Legacy West, Stonebriar Centre, are all a drive away, offering everything from boutique shops to major brands. Residents can also enjoy nearby entertainment venues, including the PGA District, CUT! by Cinemark, Urban Air, and the upcoming Universal Kids Resort.

    Dining options are plentiful. Concrete Cowboy, First Watch, Ryder Cup Grille, Himalayan Spice, and many more dining options are located close to the community.

    The utility providers for Hazelwood include several service companies that support residents’ needs. Electricity is supplied by CoServ Electric, while gas services are provided by Atmos Energy. Water and sewer services are managed by the City of Frisco Utilities.

    Trash and recycling services at Hazelwood follow a set weekly schedule to help residents plan for waste disposal. Trash and recycling are collected once a week on Monday.
