If we had questions, the builder or Yolanda could either answer them or knew exactly who we needed to talk to for the answers. The builder was responsive and personable for the entire experience, and they followed through on every promise they made to us.

Both our sales agent and the builder were outstanding. They were a great combination to ensure any issues that arose were quickly and properly handled.

Clayton the sales manager was very informative and answered all my questions. He even responded on his off days. He was very professional. Also, the team at Green Brick Mortgage was friendly and very responsive to any questions. I closed on time and Todd was at the closing as well.

Janet in the sales office was wonderful. She took her time with me and was very understanding of my needs. Beaux, the construction manager was wonderful as well at answering all my questions and concerns.

The overall quality of construction is a strong A.

The customer service provided by the community sales manager (Ben Russell) and the builder (Steve Murphy) was really outstanding. Right from the contract through the move-in process, they were on top of ensuring that our house was delivered with utmost care and quality. Ben went above and beyond to provide periodic updates with pictures. He was very helpful in providing us information all along the way from contract to move-in. We are really happy and glad to have a builder like Steve Murphy build our home. The care and attention to detail taken by Steve was really outstanding. Every detail in the house is done to perfection and we are really grateful of Steve for giving us a beautiful home. Steve personally did preliminary and final walkthrough of the house. He was courteous enough to give us a virtual tour by video conference through his phone (as we couldn't make it in person) and explained every minute detail in the house. We haven't come across such a wonderful service, especially in the construction business. My home was delivered in a perfect state on the promised date. In spite of challenges with the labor due to Covid-19 situation, the builder made sure that all the work was completed on time and delivered the house to our satisfaction. Kudos to CB JENI for having such a wonderful staff.

I have full confidence in the CB JENI management team, especially Terah and Hunter, who have done an amazing job. The few divergences we faced were because of the COVID-19 times, shortage of material, some changes on contracts, etc. But every occurrence has been properly reported in advance by Terah, and we have been able to manage all the challenges. The team showed great patience, commitment, transparency, and detailed follow up reports and alerts. Again, the entire team has been great and supportive.

We would like to express our special thanks to Felipe Robledo and Ben Russell. Since closing, Felipe has consistently and persistently provided superb after-sale service, addressing our warranty repair requests in a timely and courteous manner. Ben has been following up with us professionally and consistently since we signed the purchase agreement in November 2022. When needed, he stepped in as a liaison between us and the construction team. He often dropped by to see if we needed any help during the first month after closing. Job well done, Felipe and Ben. Everything was very smooth, and communication was excellent and helped greatly in planning. Melanie was so friendly, warm, and responsive. She made it a fantastic experience. Robert was genuinely interested in making sure I was well informed and had the resources to handle any situation going forward.
